Assembly Lines

This assembly line is meant for carrying a spare wheel in Toyota cars. The wheel carrier assembly is a built in part of the vehicle that takes care during the failure of main wheel. The faulty wheel is replaced easily with the spare wheel.

Station # 1

PRC make station 1 consists of electronic controller, greasing fixtures for wheel chain, plate drive, gear, shaft drive & case hanger. The station is equipped with three sub assembly fixtures & washer fitment fixture. Above fixtures are mounted on a plated & buffed aluminum profile table. It has also got pneumatic Cylinder & solenoid valve, air regulator, read switch, flow control valves with bushes pillars bearing, aleem guide rail, safety guard (curtain sensor), proximity sensors, photo electric sensors, part presence sensor for washer & bin for child parts.

Station # 2

It also consists of Electronic controller, rivet feeder, vacuum sucker for rivet picking, rivet inserting jig, dual spindle riveting machine, manual Chain assembly fixture, chain assembly & length maintain fixture, electric screw driver, riveting jig for riveting machine, pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve, air regulator, read switches, flow control valves proximity sensors, bush pillars, plated & buffed aluminum profile table & safety guard (curtain sensor).

Station # 3 (EOL)

This station consists of electronic controller with PC connectivity, mechanical fixture, load cell, aleem guide, pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, air regulator, read switches, flow control valves, safety guard (curtain sensor), plated & buffed aluminum profile table.

Assembly Line Details:

Station #1: Assembly of fins No. (F1R) Assy. For verticals Fins No. 1,2,3 & 4 with Verticals Link.

Station #2: Assembly of fins No.(F2R) Assemble vertical fins with plat –V Upper & Lower. 

Station #3: Assembly Fixture (R) 3, 4) Assembled master fin assy.  With rubber cushion, Knob stopper, stopper Plate & ornament fitting.

Station #4: Assembly assembled horizontal fins with plate-1 , 2 & LINK-H - RH.

Station #5: Assembly of Final assembled vertical fins with Case.

Station #6: Assembly Fixture (6 & 7) assembly assembled Horizontal fins with Plate - L & R

Station #7: Side Garnish-1 & 2  pressing./ FELT PESTING & Checking - RHsembly Fixture (6 & 7) assembly assembled Horizontal fins with Plate - L & R.

Station #8: Assembly Fixture – 11- FOME PESTING Manually - RH

Station #9: Flow Testing (AIR) –RH & LH and Assembly Fixture (L) 11 - FOME PESTING Manually – LH.

Station #10: Assembly of fins No. (F1R) Assy. For verticals Fins No. 1,2,3 & 4 with Verticals Link

Station #11: (i)Side Garnish-1 & 2   pressing. / FELT PESTING & Checking - LH
(ii)Assembly Fixture ((L& R) 6 & 7) assembly assembled Horizontal fins with Plat - LH
(iii)Assembly of Final assembled vertical fins with Case  - LH.

Station #12: (i)Assembly of fins No. (F1L) Assy. For verticals Fins No. 1,2,3 & 4 with Verticals Link -LH
(ii) Assembly of fins No.(F2L) Assemble vertical fins with plat –V Upper & Lower -LH
(iii) Assembly Fixture (R) 3, 4) Assembled master fin assy.  With rubber cushion, Knob stopper, stopper Plate & ornament fitting  - LH                     
(iv) Assembly assembled horizontal fins with plate-1 ,2 &LINK-H - LH 

Station #13: Station No. 13- EOL (L& R), for 1 unit
